Information on mini jeep tours?

Hi! We were looking at the mini jeep tours, but don't want to book through NCL, hoping I can find it cheaper by myself, but haven't had much luck googling. Has anyone done this excursion outside of the cruiseline's excursions? NOT the ATV or the jeep tour where you need to have 4 people in the jeep. I don't want random people in my jeep, and definitely don't want anyone other than my husband driving me around an island!! We are looking for a mini jeep where 2 people sit side by side.
