Obc question

I am thinking about buying some Obc before we sail. My question is will I see that notated anywhere on my docs. I want to make sure we don't have a problem when we get on. Also if I put down Obc ahead of time will that take the place of a cash deposit?

You won't see the pre-purchased OBC in cruise confirmation, you need to ask for "Amenity Confirmation" that shows everything extra like possible free speciality dinners, extra obc, etc.

Pre-purchasing OBC doesn't register to your account immediately when boarding but it can take one or two days so it won't help you with opening the cash account at all.
