We have not traveled with NCL for a while and I cannot remember if they provide hand/body cream in the cabin bathrooms?

Just got off the Jade last week and there wasn't any lotion in the cabin bathrooms. We had an inside room. It may be different in other categories.

Below suite-level, the amenities are limited to bodywash and combination shampoo in the shower and a handwash (that might be the same as the bodywash??) pump at the sink. Suite and above (I THINK, not having experienced it myself!) have Elemis products and more of them incl (I THINK) lotion.

 

So for the OP's inside, answer is NOPE, need to bring your own.
