we're heading out on the Dream next week and I"m wondering if they do bridge tours anymore?[/quo

Only the Behind the Scenes tour includes the bridge and it's capacity controled.

Diamond Guests are invited to the bridge as part of our loyalty perks.

The only bridge tour you could get is part of their whole "Behind the Fun" tours which covers the bridge, kitchen, engineering, stage area and other interesting info. Took this tour in January on the Dream and loved it. We got pics on the bridge of us behind the wheel and with the captain also in addition to a couple other small gifts so have some fun reminders.

This tour runs $95 if I remember correctly per person, must wear close toed shoes and no cameras/cell phones allowed.

edit to add that this is capacity controlled and usually sells out quickly and not available for purchase prior to boarding. If interested highly suggest going to excursion desk right away after boarding to get a spot.

If there are no cell phones or cameras allowed - where did you get the pictures? Did they send a photographer along and then sell them to you?

The photographer takes the pictures, and they give them to you as part of the package.

The tour was a couple hours and when we reached the galley and bridge a ship photographer magically appeared:) We got a galley pic with the chef also, 3 nice 8 x 10s total, cap, lanyard, sculpted soap bar, drawstring bag and couple other trinkets and taste treats when we finished up at the steak house.

As Janey stated, we sometimes get to have coffee with the Captain on the bridge as part of the "Diamond" perks. Not always, as it's up to the Captain if, when, and where he prefers to meet with the "Diamond" passengers. It is fun, however, when we get to meet with the staff on the bridge.

That sounds like an interesting tour. On our last cruise on NCL the Captain invited all of the CC members that went to the Meet and Greet to a Bridge Tour. It was really great to see all of the equipment that they use and learn more about it.
