Best free/cheap beach

Sailing on the Carnival Paradise and we are looking for a relaxing day in Cozumel at the beach. We are not looking for an all you can eat/drink package. Just a nice beach that is free or has a small fee, a bar/restaurant would be nice but not mandatory. Thanks for the help.

Money bar is close (about a $10 cab ride for up to 4 in the cab) and has great snorkeling from the shore, but no beach (just a sandy area for sunning and relaxing), plus good food/drinks/service. etc.

 

Paradise Beach has a nice beach and hug pool, plus good facilities, food, drink, service, etc. About a $15 cab ride and $2 per person for chair rental (and they ask that each person spend about $10 each on food and drinks - which is not hard to do ;)).
