Can my GF access our booking under her CCL account if I made the res?

Ok..I made the reservation under my name/account and paid with my c/c. Her name is also on the cruise cause she is going.

She would like to access the cruise.

Can she log onto CCL using her user name/password or does she have to use mine?

She can use her own, but she will have to "add" this cruise to her profile.

I think it's under "manage my cruises".

She will need the booking number.

I think as long as she has the 4 digit pin number you give them at the booking she should be ok. We have 4 cabins booked by different people but had them all linked and I was told that as long as I have their pin numbers that I can access their bookings too.

She will not need the 4 digit pin number to access the account online. All she needs to do is open her a VIFP account and under Manage My Cruise where it says add a booking, she types the booking number in. She would only need the 4 digit pin if talking to Carnival on the phone and wanting to make changes to the booking.

 

At least that is always how it has been in the past with us.

Yes you can, we do it all the time. DH signs into his account, adds our booking number. I sign into my account, add our booking number. We each can go under our own account and look at the exact same booking.

As long as the person is on the reservation and has the booking # it can be accessed thru there own account

My GF was able to login and set up her onboard acct. No pin.
