Diamond Crown & Anchor booklet coupons

Greetings,

My wife and I sail on the Enchantment in a few weeks. Has RCCL reduced the Diamond Crown & Anchor booklet coupons? I realize that most of the ships now have the coupons added to the sea pass cards. If anyone has a copy of the Diamond C & A coupon brochure that was left in the cabin, a copy would be greatly appreciated.

Below is the last version of the paper coupons. I believe the only difference is that they removed the match play coupons.

If the ship you are on is still using paper coupons, then you can probably use your old match play coupons.

 

If the ship you are on has transitioned to electronic coupons, then you are out of luck as they removed the match play coupons when they went electronic.

I also just on the front page of the letter, it states that if the offers have been applied directly to your sea pass card on the ships that have gone "paperless", " coupons from the Ultimate Value Booklet" will no longer be accepted"

I actually put the paper listing you get in your cabin in my bag...couldnt remember what the offers were so had to look at list at times

It may just be us but...we encountered problems with the paperless system.

On more than one occasion we did not get our perks, eg.buy a soda get one free, nope never happened. 20% of a drink, never happened either, build a bear discount, nope!

We did get the free internet minutes but only after going to guest services. They checked our status and all the perks had been loaded onto the sea pass but had been missed by servers/waiters/assistants.

They did refund the discount we had missed back to our sea pass.

This was our first cruise using the paperless system , so not too impressed at the time.

Maybe I should have reminded everyone every time I used my sea pass.

We put it down to teething problems .

We are booked on the Indy again next year, we will see what happens then.

All the charges are itemized on the slip you sign. So, if it is not right you should have made the bar hop get it fixed, its on you to check that before signing the slip

As a Diamond--we get a free photo. I went in and picked mine up. Was told my husband also got one.

 

I never bothered going back for a 2nd photo--but does anyone know? would my husband have had to come in himself to use this 'coupon' or could I just ask for him?

Not a new perk. The free photo has been part of the Diamond coupon book for a few years.

I was on Liberty of the Seas a few weeks ago, and the bartenders I encountered the first couple of days ran my card when I placed an order, and informed me that I had free/discounted drinks available, and asked if I wanted to use the offer, or wait until another time. Since I drink wine with dinner (and wine is more expensive by the glass than beer is), I waited until I got into the dining room to cash in the drink offers. I mentioned to my waiter that I wanted to use the offers, so I don't know if he would have looked for the electronic coupons or not.

 

The buy one get one free coupon resulted in two glasses of wine being delivered to the table at the same time. When I have redeemed this offer on earlier cruises, I used them at Vintages, and they brought me the second glass after the first one was gone. I suspect the difference in delivery is due to how busy the venue is, rather than whether the coupons are paper or electronic.

You can also go to GS and have them print out the discounts that are listed on your card. This little print out is much easier to carry around than the large list left in your cabin. Then scratch off the ones you use.

We were on the Majesty last month and no one in our group could get the perks to work. It just wasnt worth the hassle.
