Not sure if this has been reported before but upon speaking to them today they confirmed that their role will be transferred over to Guatemala commencing 1 January 2014. I am so disappointed as the team who have served us so far have done such a great job.

This subject has been discussed in various parts of CC but can never get too much coverage. The whole of the Royal Caribbean call centre is being sacrificed for a perceived cost saving by the Corporate Execs in their Ivory towers. It will be a very sad day when us Brits lose our excellent team.
