Does anyone know how much Princess charges for Alcohol?

Wine with dinner?

Specialty drink?

Regular drinks?

Wine prices vary depending on what you order. It's usually better to buy a bottle. When you've had as much wine as you want, it'll be corked and stored. You can ask for it in any dining room or even the buffet if you want. If you buy by the glass, expect to pay $6.50 or more.

Mixed drinks are $5.50-6.50 each, martinis are about $7.50 or more, depending on the brand of vodka, a Bloody Mary or Long Island Iced tea is $5.50.

Not sure how much a can if soda is but Princess offers a canned soda package for your cabin and a couple of different unlimited soda packages. Here's a link to the wine and soda prices: http://www.princess.com/learn/onboard/gifts_services/cellars_culinarydelights/princess_cellars/index.jsp

I only dring beer and wine onboard and the wine is bought by the bottle. Depending on the night a bottle of choice could be under $30 or over $60. Beer goes from $5 for bud and bud lite in the 16oz aluminum bottles to about $7 for a 16oz Grolish which I drink. I really wish Princess had not dropped the 750ml cans of Fosters as they were the best deal on the ship. You can also buy buckets of beer. You get six for the price of 5. Cost for the bucket depends on the beer you choose. A bucket of bud is about 10 bucks cheaper than a bucket of Grolish. To these prices you add the automatic 15% gratuity so a $5 dollar beer is really $5.75 on your bill.
