Cozumel dock party?

One of the other threads I read said the ships rotate each week on who is tendering so the same ship doesn't tender two weeks in a row.

 

I think people are just guessing. Last year at the same time we cruised and there were 3 NCL ships in port that day and everyone was trying to guess who was suppose to tender. There seemed to be no rhyme or reason to who got to dock or not with the same ship tendering for a few weeks in a row. :(

I was on the Jewel week of November and they had the welcome back at Cozumel. It was great to watch from the balcony. Oasis was next to us and they were just watching with their mouths hanging open. Very entertaining to watch!

So were you docked at International and they still did this party? If so, that's awesome to know they'll do it no matter where you dock. :D
