California Traveler Posted December 9, 2013 #1 Share Posted December 9, 2013 I just found out through our Roll Call our 21 day Mediterranian cruise on the Jade has been cancelled. It was a b2b (10 &11 day cruise). We received no email from TA or NCL, noticed online there is now only one 10 day cruise offered for the Jade in April 2015. When I logged into my NCL account our booking dissapeared, a message appeared to call NCL 866-234-7350 for more information. The NCL rep did not show cancelled on her end and said the booking is still there. She put me on hold several times with no more information. I also left message form my TA - no response yet. I know this is far off and we have plenty of time to choose another cruise. It is just frustrating how disorganized NCL seems to be. I'm sure in a few months there will be more crusies posted for the Med. I see in May 2014 the Jade does a 14 day cruise to the Med and Greek islands, hoping it will be offerred in 2015 as well. Ilovesailing Posted December 9, 2013 #2 Share Posted December 9, 2013 Unfortunately it has been happening lot but only with the Pearl. And if you read the contract they can charter at any time.
