Upsell Fairy offered ocean suite on deck 6, for 430$ total, there was only 1 aft and about 6 midship ones available, I thought about it for a few days and said I would take it only as long as the aft cabin was still available ( which I knew it was :p), because the other ones available overlooked the lifeboats and the aft one didn't. It was a 1-800 number, I had a different person call me than the Breeze offer, and that was the same 1-800 number 😀 excited!!

Carnival Miracle - 3 weeks before cruise

Upsell offered from a balcony to an ocean suite for $340 total price, includes VIP embarkment.

 

We took it, and cancelled the FFTF ($50). Hope it was a good deal, but it's my first cruise so I have no idea. Excited anyway! :):)

Received the upgrade call last night

2 months to Carnival Glory cruise from Miami

Booked Lido deck balcony 8E - 4 people

Offered ocean suite mid ship on Empress deck

$470. total.

Took it for the extra room, double sofa (so youngest doesn't have to sleep in pull down) and larger balcony. Never had a suite before so wanted to try it and wouldn't have this opportunity again price wise. Saved 900+ by taking the upgrade as opposed to booking a suite. I love being on Lido deck so will miss that but will let you know if it was worth it to us.

I feel that this is a great upgrade, due to how high we are, proximity to the spa, and lido decks.

Dream 10 day dream journey leaving jan. 14. 60 days out.

 

Had casino offer in 8d balcony. Upsell was 540 for 2 people. Took offer for first suite. Cancelled fttf (60). Also had saved 150 in verizon gift cards. Hope this was good deal.

 

Last time i checked, this would have been 1500 upgrade. Great way to celebrate 35th anniversary?
