Carnival ship time vs Belize time in February

I'm making plans to water taxi to CKR based on the ship time being 1 hr later than Belize time. We're arriving 8AM ship time in February, that will be 7AM Belize time, correct?

That is correct if your ship leaves from a port that is on eastern time.

if you are on a ship that leaves from say New Orleans or any other port located in a central time zone, ships time will be the same as Belize time.

Have a fun time on Caye Caulker as it is a really cool place to visit, where you can walk it on one street going one way like to the split & back on another street to the water taxi pick up place in about three hours with time to shop & probably eat.
