Key West

I am going on Grandeur of the Seas Dec 6 with my boyfriend, and i am SO ready. I had a few questions I hope to get answered. First is, I have only been to Key West once, and wasnt sure what is fun there, some of the great places to see/eat. Secondly, I wasnt sure if anyone has seen SDI1-CHAM PEMBARK on their booking? I am trying to figure out what it means, and aaa isnt helping me that much with the answer...THANKS :)

SDi1-CHAM Pembark - Looks like a bottle of champagne delivered to the cabin at embarkation from someone, maybe your travel agent.
