Sea Trek/Dolphin Swimming/Hiking Recommendations for MULTIPLE Islands (on Cruise)

Heya,

 

My cruise is as follows:

 

 

Thing is...the beach scene isn't really my kind of thing - looking at the excurions, I really don't see to much I'm in love with except for Sea Trek + Dolphin Swimming (you know where you hold onto the fin or get pushed by them). Problem is they are going on at the exact same time on the same Island... YEY! What sucks too, the Dolphin Swimming is around 30 minutes and the entire experience is 6 hours - my experience from my previous cruise is that local companies give you more for your buck!

 

So before I start looking into local companies.. I need to know which Islands I have to focus on

 

Also - I would love to do a good hike too... any recommendations
