Hair dryers on Grand Princess

Does anyone know how strong the hair dryers are on the Grand Princess?? Should I bring my own?

Fine for me but my wife won't use the weak wall mounted units in the staterooms just not a lot of power.

I've never had a problem with the Princess hair dryers. Yes, they aren't as powerful as mine at home and it takes a little longer to do my hair but it's better than lugging a hair dryer in my suitcase. I'm on a cruise... I have the time. :)

The GF has thick hair almost down to her waist. Last year on Star, the wall-mounted hair dryer was not enough for her. Not even close. She wrapped her hair up in the robe to dry it.

For me it's powerful enough, I just don't like the fact you can't really direct or concentrate the air flow, it comes out of that wide opening.

 

And if no one else has mentioned it, the dryer is not in the bathroom but mounted on the wall over the desk ( which actually works better if two of you are trying to get ready for dinner).
