Problem Cancelling Excursions/Spa Treatment Online

Is anyone else having trouble cancelling their shore excursions or spa purchases online? Everytime I try and log on to cancel because another excursion I wanted opens up the computer wont let me. I typically end up having to call Carnival. Anyone else have this same issue or know how I can fix this?

yes! I couldn't cancel my excursion. I called the IT department and they cancelled it for me.
