Restaurants for Dinner?

We will be in Curacao til midnite in Jan on HAL. Can anyone recommend a nice restaurant for dinner? Ideally something on or overlooking the water, perhaps outdoors?

 

Also open for any input on things to do or must see sites.

 

And to please DW, do any of you know whether there is any place to ge shelling on either Curacao or Aruba? She's an avid shell collector.
