Unlimited photo package CD not working

We arrived back from our cruise on the 8 December. On the 12 and 13 December I tried to unlock the CD but could not get it to work. I've removed the firewall from my pc, reinstalled, tried using three different computers and nothing works. So I emailed customer support at My Cruise Photos on the same day. I received an automatic generated reply saying they have received my email and will get back to me. It's been 5 days now and I'm wondering if anyone has any experience dealing with these company? How long do they normally take to get back to us?

 

I bought the unlimited packages+prints so I don't understand why the CD had to be locked. :( We had some photos taken with the Christmas tree on the ship and I was going to use that as a family Christmas card to email to families and friends. If they don't get back to me in the next couple of days it's going to be too late for me to do that. :(

Never bought one. Have always thought it a waste. I always buy the best one and scan it for christmas cards.

I had the same problem before. I called them and they were able to unlock it for me while on the phone.

I had a problem with my disk. Emailed them. No response after 7 days. I called and they were able to find my email, read it, and fix the problem.

 

I don't think they monitor the email :(

Thank you. Its been a week now and still nothing. I'll have to call them tomorrow. I'm in Australia so I'll have to call them very early in the morning with the time difference.

Does anyone have a phone number that is not a 1800 toll free number? I don't think I can call a 1800 number from Australia. Thanks.

Please disregard the previous post about the 1800 phone number not working. Just called them again and it works. I'll call them tomorrow when they are open. Thanks.
