Does anyone know of charter flights to Nassau from Florida?

We are a group of 50 ppl traveling to Nassau and have heard of cheap RT flights from FLL? or somewhere around there for around $119 PP. Does anyone have any information on charters to Nassau? We are flying from NY and prices are STEEP - but flying to FLA and getting a charter flight could do the trick. Hope someone can help! Our schedule is to leave Feb 18 from Rochester/Buffalo and fly home on the 24th.

There used to be some scheduled casino charters to Freeport from various cities in Florida but I haven't seen them advertised in a few years. But I don't recall any charters for Nassau.

 

Bahamasair sometimes has $125rt +tax fares on the Orlando-Nassau route. You might give them a call or ask a travel agent to punch in that route and see what comes up. Also, check Fort Lauderdale - Nassau as sometimes that route has some cheaper fares. Keep in mind that it's an international route so international taxes get added on and that's how things get expensive. And I recall there's a cash Bahamian departure tax too, paid when you depart.
