Gold panning

I read a review on CC that stated the family went to a museum and bought a pan and did some gold panning on their own in a stream right next to the museum. I can't remember which town--Skagway, Ketchikan or Juneau. I forgot to save that info from that review. Anyone know which town or where this was?!? I have gone through a lot of reviews again and just can't find it!
