The Golden Fleece - Which night?

DH and I are sailing the Legend on 8/17 and are wondering if there is a certain night during the cruise which is better to eat in the Golden Fleece than in the dining room. Is the menu the same each night in the Golden Fleece? Is there a night that it is much less crowded? Is there a night that the menu in the dining room totally sucks? :p Sorry for 20 questions. :rolleyes:

 

Oh, also, how far in advance can I make reservations?

Our waiter suggested that we dine in the supper club on the second formal night. We thought that was a great suggestion, because we wanted to dress nicely for the restaurant, without dressing up really snazzy for a third night on the cruise.
