Carnival "bounceback" offer

That offer is good only for inside cabins. More if you want balcony or oceanview. Tried using mine for any cruise the first week of Mach and nothing was available. Ended up finding a pack and go rate (which has now disappeared) and got an extended balcony on the Carnival legend for $240 (not including taxes). Best part is this ship is due for an upgrade beginning of February so there will be new features when we get on.

I got an offer in the mail from Carnival. It says, we want you back. Basically a free cruise. Pay $100, get $100 OBC.

Anyone get this offer?

Which cruise did you book?

Just curious, when was the last time you cruised on Carnival?

I booked a cruise today. For a solo, the fare was $100, with 100 OBC and $90 tax. Pretty much all sailings were open to choose from.

The last time I sailed with them was about a year ago.

What promo do you have to tell your pvp that you want?

Wow, that is a deal.

Is this another casino deal?

The only thing we got was a card to DH that says "Belize Navidad" and hope to see you back in 2014.

I just went and got it to make sure it was not an offer.

It was not.

And I checked their site to see if we had any special offers and we don't.

Oh well, it was worth checking.

And congrats to those who get the offer!

I think it is a direct person offer only. Either you got it or you didn't. As much as we would all like to save a few bucks I think it is only for the people they sent it to... Probably an incentive to get people who haven't cruised lately.

That's the impression I got after 30 min. on the phone with a sprvsr. Enden up booking the Sunshine anyway.

My niece and her husband got this offer and they haven't cruised with carnival in over 2 years +. They booked two rooms 5 people tax and all only 600.00. I tried to have them see if I could get the same deal. NO GO, we had just did a cruise at the first of Dec. The deal stated that they had to book and pay in full for a cruise in the first four month of this year and play by Jan 10th. We are looking at still going with them and our room is 682.00 inside cabin, same floor 7, 5 day out of Galveston on March 1. We are waiting to see if I can get a better deal from the casino play, but will book in Feb anyway. We all are going on a cruise on the Dream out of New Orleans in Nov. 12 people (family and friends).
