Camlott Posted December 31, 2013 #1 Share Posted December 31, 2013 We are sailing on the Allure for spring break. How soon should we email concierge about reserving a cabana at Barefoot Beach?

RCI Cruisers 004 Posted December 31, 2013 #3 Share Posted December 31, 2013 I just emailed the concierge on Freedom over the weekend to ask about reserving one for our April cruise, and he wrote ack telling me to send another email a couple weeks before to cruise asking to reserve one. We are the only ship in port that day, so I'm guessing it won't e a problem to get one. You may want to send one, just for piece of mind, if nothing else ! Llmtax2000 Posted January 1, 2014 #4 Share Posted January 1, 2014 I did the same thing in August, emailing the concierge about three weeks out. He emailed back asking that I wait. About two weeks ahead of the cruise, the concierge sent an email to suite passengers with a list of the cabanas and rates asking us to let him know if we wanted one. I responded within about 10 minutes and managed to snag the one we wanted. And I have to say it was the most relaxing day of the cruise!
Kcjarvis Posted January 1, 2014 #5 Share Posted January 1, 2014 We are sailing on the Allure for spring break. How soon should we email concierge about reserving a cabana at Barefoot Beach? When I went on Allure I emailed concierge 3 months in advance and the over the water cabanas were sold out. I say email ASAP and make the connection.
