Which Cruise Ship

We have tried a Thomson cruise and found that we enjoyed it -Mediterranean itinerary. We now wish to book another cruise and have found two where the itinerary is of interest -both are a bit similar in the places visited and are for August.

 

We have twin girls who will be in their mid-15s and they did enjoy the evening entertainment on the Thomson cruise and are not into ''formal'' but this time we are looking at either Royal Caribbean Serenade of The Seas or Celebrity Reflection.

 

Can the forum advise on which ship would be best for us?

Royal Caribbean will have a lot more sports activities and probably a lot more younger people. Celebrity will be more likely to be more formal. Sounds like RCI would be a better fit for your family. I have cruised extensively on both lines (Diamond Plus on RCI and Elite Plus on Celebrity) and personally have a modest preference for Celebrity, but not as much on offer for teenagers. However, I don't think you could go wrong with either.
