Its interesting reading the comments by other CC members about the perceived reduction in service and food quality on the dream.

 

I thought that the Thomson's team are supposed to be monitoring this website, so where are they?

 

Lets hope you are reading the members comments and giving our feedback to management. It would however be nice to at least have a comment from the team to reassure Thomson cruisers that they are addressing these important issues!

 

We are at the end of the day paying your wages!
