Explorer booked for NYE 2013-14!

If you just got off the Explorer for NYE, what type of special NYE celebrations are available?? Usually the pool deck and promenade? We have not been on Voyager class, but she seems like a nice ship. I know we booked a special venue for NYE on the Freedom and once on the Allure, but we did it before noon on the first arrival day....so, while it's fresh on your minds...where did you see that you wish you would have gone?

 

We are already excited...we love New Years cruising and look forward to the Explorer in just under a year!!:)

We found the best seats and viewing site..it was a table for 2

right by the "Sports Bar" on the promenade...In the nook behind the railings of the stairs to the casino...we were protected from the crowds..and had a clear view of all the entertainment. The catch is that we started sitting about 8:15pm....but then we really enjoyed the people watching..

We were on Explorer this past NYE - know where you were sitting - great spot however no way Id be sitting in that spot from 8:15 thru to beyond midnight - good seat or not.:eek:

That's exciting. We will be on a couple of weeks before you. I'm ecstatic to have three ships in Port Canaveral!
