Thanks ALL for your assistaance LEFTY We just got back from our cruise and used the public bus to get to Rockley. You just walk into town to the Fairchild Bus Station (about 15 minutes or you can take a short cab/shuttle ride to the station- we were offered $5 for two people but decided to walk). It's only $1 to take the bus and the locals were very nice and helpful. It was not a long bus ride (~15 minutes) and very easy, along one main road. In fact, we ended up walking back to the ship along the beach from Rockley. Took about 1.5 hours. But you can always just flag down a bus along the main road if you don't want to walk.
