According to NCL's website, none of their ships permit nude sunbathing anymore. There was a time when they did. It is no longer permitted, including on the Freestyle sundeck.

NCL doesnt have clothing optional spots on their ships. There are adult (still public)- areas, meaning boring for kids :p where you can relax and sunbathe and kids arent roaming around.

Their were a few woman on deck 18 sort of above Vibe were topless, their was also two other woman who were topless in Vibe.

LOL, I always thought that too, but its always people just lounging around wanting privacy and no one bumping into their chairs. To be honest, I can never nap by the pool. Every time a shadow passes by I wake up. Call me paranoid :p
