Also lost my dress for my brother's wedding in which I was a bridesmaid. Also took red eye from Vancouver to Toronto. Picked seats for Toronto to Ft. Lauderdale in Vancouver and when we went to board in Toronto they had placed Torontonians in them and would not move them and husband and me has to sit separately. Just be specific when you say "None of us care for Air Canada and their arrogant attitude." As for your "problems" with them take it up with Customer Service!!!!
