They deserve all can dish out. Lost my wedding gown for starters. Also lost my dress for my brother's wedding in which I was a bridesmaid. Also took red eye from Vancouver to Toronto. Picked seats for Toronto to Ft. Lauderdale in Vancouver and when we went to board in Toronto they had placed Torontonians in them and would not move them and husband and me has to sit separately. I will fly West Jet wherever possible in North America. I own Air Canada nothing - they owe me.

Nobody is asking you to owe Air Canada anything. Just be specific when you say "None of us care for Air Canada and their arrogant attitude."

 

As for your "problems" with them take it up with Customer Service!!!!

Just reading this posts about Air Canada has me thinking that the description fits just about every North American airline these days with the possible exceptions of Southwest and JetBlue. Now we could start with our Delta Stories...but there is not enough room on Cruise Critic :(
