They may not let you into the terminal that early. I believe that there is some limited bench style seating along the sidewalk. However, it might be quite busy along that sidewalk due to the disembarkation of the voyage before yours.

 

If memory serves me, there is some seating across the roadway just under the road ramp going to the second level. It might have been where the employees were taking their smoke breaks.

 

If nothing appears promising as you drive through and walking with your luggage is acceptable, one possibility is to be dropped off at the Catalina Bistro just around the corner at Berth 95 http://catalinabistro.com/.
