Dawn's cigar lounge?

Per the deck plans, it appears as though the cigar lounge has turned into the Art Gallery. If so, where are you allowed to smoke cigars?

 

I know your balcony is supposedly off limits and they are not allowed in the casino, so WTH?

There is a cigar lounge. It's near the Champagne bar.

I have been on the Dawn many times. The area that SHOULD be the cigar lounge is now labeled as the Art Gallery on the deck plans.

Where are you seeing this? On the deck plan on ncl.com (link) the Havana Club is where it should be on deck 6, in the same general area as on other ships in Dawn class and Jewel class.

I got a brochure in December and I don't see any deck plan's for the Dawn. Which brochure do you have?

On CDP.com it's still listed as Havana Club

If they did it like they did the Star, the cigar lounge was eliminated and they now have cigar smoking at the Bier Garten.

Hopefully this will bring peace of mind for you....I was on the Dawn just yesterday and it was there!

 

If you look at the deck plans on the Norwegian website, the cigar lounge called the Havana Club is located mid ship on deck 6 next to Gatsby's. That is indeed where it still is on the ship. As far as the art gallery confusion, I remember seeing a lot of artwork for sale hanging in the hallways near this area. Maybe you're looking at a deck plan somewhere that acknowledges that. But the cigar lounge is there!!

 

I also saw people smoking cigars on one or two occasions on deck 12 by the pool at night when nobody else was there.

It was there in Dec. Hubby spent a lot of time there! (and there is art hanging in the hallway near it - opposite the side that Gatsby's was.
