Specialty Dining packages selling out

I was told that the 5 night dining packages were sold out on our cruise after trying to book one. Has any one experienced this and if so, were they possibly available upon boarding?

I tried online and then called; she said they were sold out.

the online option may be sold out but i'll bet you you will still be able to get it once you get on board :)
