Emperor Norton Posted January 15, 2014 #2 Share Posted January 15, 2014 Have seen these referenced. Just what are they? A new menu option/diversion? From what I've been able to put together they're dishes that have been served in the White House to a President (the full menu on board should state when/which president). The dishes appear to be in addition to the regular menu. So far the addition seems limited to the Pride for its farewell season. Seabourns website doesn't go into too much depth. "Seabourn has designated 15 cruises from November 21, 2013 through the final transatlantic crossing departing March 30, 2014 as the ship's "Farewell Season, " bringing back many of your favorite staff members and other alumni who served on board over the years. Special onboard activities and themed events will be featured, including the popular "Presidential Dinners" that recreate ceremonial state dinners served in the U.S. White House. The cruises will also incorporate Seabourn's signature "Caviar in the Surf" beach barbecues and watersports Marina Days."
JaneBP Posted January 15, 2014 Author #3 Share Posted January 15, 2014 Thanks for the information. As long as they don't get rid of the breadsticks.
