jackparts Posted January 15, 2014 #1 Share Posted January 15, 2014 Been to Coki and Sapphire and will be cruising in Nov. Looking for a beach that will not be overcrowded as we will not arrive til 11 :00. Any recommendations?
CarnivalPlatCruiser Posted January 15, 2014 #2 Share Posted January 15, 2014 I like Coki Bay... Yes it can be crowded at times... But with Coral World there to use the showers, grab a bite to eat... And of course the dog bones for the fish... lol
Spincognito Posted January 15, 2014 #3 Share Posted January 15, 2014 Emerald Beach. Beautiful and never a crowd. :D
KPfromCT Posted January 15, 2014 #4 Share Posted January 15, 2014 Magen's Bay is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Went there in April, on the Breeze.. The Liberty was in port with us, and there were absolutely NO crowds. Restaurant/Bar/Restrooms.....:D:D
gemsm Posted January 15, 2014 #5 Share Posted January 15, 2014 You can always take the ferry to St. John...Lots more beaches there as well. Many aren't very crowded at all.
Phlybice Posted January 15, 2014 #6 Share Posted January 15, 2014 I happen to like Megans, but usually head over to St Johns to Trunk Bay.

All4fun&fun4all Posted January 15, 2014 #9 Share Posted January 15, 2014 (edited) I went to Morningstar Beach but this was back in 2007. Maybe check trip advisor and see if it's still a safe place to go. There was only a small handful of people when we went. Just took a look and the reviews seem positive, the pictures are beautiful like I remember and it's a cab ride there. I remember they wanted to charge us for loungers. MelBCroozer Posted January 15, 2014 #10 Share Posted January 15, 2014 Went to Coki Beach in June on our Breeze cruise. NEVER again. Last time we went to Sapphire Beach and that was nice. Thought Coki would be similar. It wasn't. It was overcrowded and the neighborhood was not good. I was trying to save our group a few bucks by not going to Magen's Bay. If we do the beach on a stop in St Thomas, it will either be Magen's Bay or take a trip to St John's. We were on a tour and we had the choice of the two beaches. It was not a good choice to pick Coki and I want to warn others. The Breeze was the only ship in port and it was extremely crowed. Just my honest opinion!!
