Singles cruises - retired age

My grandma is 75 yrs old, with the heart and lifestyle of a 55 yr old! She and a friend are looking to take a cruise. Both are single and thought of taking a singles cruise. I am afraid a traditional singles cruise would be geared more to a younger age group. Anyone know of a cruise line(s) that offers single cruises for the more mature?

My mom is 73 and loves to cruise, either with me or with her girlfriends.

 

Personally, I would suggest she choose a ship that meets her tastes and an itinerary that is appealing and go for it!

 

If warm weather is what she seeks, I would suggest HAL or Celebrity. If she wants more activity, RCI or Princess.

 

IME there are a lot of seniors on the ALaska sailings so this also may be an option.
