You can arrange a car rental with one of the agencies in the area that provide free shuttles to/from the terminal. There may be more, but I know that Avis, Budget, and Hertz provide this service locally.

Also I understand you can get free tickets from your Congressman. I just sent an email to mine yesterday. Under constituent services she even had Nasa listed on her drop down menu. Unfortunately we're less than 6 months out so I am hopeful. Will report back.
