NCQ Adventures - Nacho and Cynthia - Any recent experience?

We have an excursion planned with Nacho and Cynthia to the Belize Zoo and Howler Monkey Sanctuary. I think I've asked this before, but wanted to check if there's any recent experience with them?

 

Their Trip Advisor reviews remain positive. Just thought I'd check for any updates. Particularly interested in the condition of their vehicles.

We used them April 2013 for our zipline & cave tubing tour. It was just DH & I and we had a wonderful time. Cynthia was our guide and she is as sweet as can be. Some friends of ours booked the same tour as us the week before and also had a great time. We will be in Belize Nov this year with our DS & DIL and are using Cynthia again.
