Question about jet ski rental on Taino beach in Freeport

I have 2 questions, we are sailing on the Pride on May 4th. One of our stops is Freeport, and we were looking into going on an excursion to Taino beach which is a Carnival excursion. If anyone has ever been on this excursion, could you please tell me how much the jet ski rentals are? Also this will be our second cruise, but we purchased the Cheers package on the first one. I was wondering if anyone could tell me if you are allowed to drink your wine that you bring onboard in your cabin, or only at dinner? Thanks in advance for any help.
