Need Help, Infinity to Alaska 09/15/05

Sailing on the Infinity to Alaska out of San Francisco RT in September.

My question is does anybody knows what side of the ship will face Hubbard Glacier?

At the moment I have a cabin on the port side of the ship but there are some on the starboard side open too and now I´m wondering which side will be better for viewing Hubbard Glacier. Inside Passage is not an issue as we will cruise it in both directions.

Thanks for any help.

P.S. Anybody on our cruise not yet joined our Roll Call stop by and say Hello and sign up for the connections Party.

I was on the Infinity r/t out S.F. last month and at Hubbard Glacier it does not matter which side as the Captain first steers the ship to the starboard and then to the port so both sides get to see the glaciers. We also stayed on our balcony but later we found out that they opened up the heliport pad on top and lots of people were there. Make sure you take a coat because the glaciers are a tad nippy. The glacier and in fact the whole trip was fantastic and that was my third trip to Alaska.
