Fascination-Mid Feb-Bad idea?

Thinking about a last minute cruise but worried about college Spring breakers.

 

Any feedback from anyone who has sailed this time of year would be appreciated.

March is spring break for college aged kids not Feb

Spring Break for school aged kids is Easter. I have NEVER heard of kids being off in February.

I know a lot of school kids are off Presidents week but i was looking for around the 17th which is the week after that.

Must be nice- kids in our area dont get much. Regardless, I think Mid Feb is fine.

I know in Massachusetts the kids are off presidents week. New Hampshire runs the week after us. Don't know about other states.

We went 3rd wk. in Feb. last yr. No problem. However, there are always kids now, parents homeschool them.

I like this ship, have been on it about 6 times.

DW and I cruised mid-February 2 years ago on Fascination, and there were very few kids on board.

I think that would be fine. My daughter is in college and her spring break is the 2nd week in March. Our local schools may be out in February depending upon when Mardi Gras falls (it varies with Easter). My daughters High School got a week for Winter Break the week of Mardi Gras. I wouldn't think there would be large areas other than here on the Gulf Coast that would do that.
