We want to swim from the beach to the turtles and wrecks, where is the best place along Carlisle to have the taxi drop us?

Is it closer to the Boatyard or Harbour Lights or somwhere in between.

Thanks!:)

We went to Harbour Lights and the beach is so beautiful it is amazing. We went out on a glass bottom boat and we bargained him down to $15 per person for an hour, we went to 2 shipwrecks which was amazing and then went to swim with the turtles which was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever done in my life. It was amazing and we saw about 10 turtles and one as that was so huge! You will have a great time!

We took a taxi to Payne's beach. From there you could snorkel from the shore out to where the turtles are being chummed by the tours. We took the Glass Bottom Boat out to see the turtles and then off to see a ship wreck. The ship wreck was okay, but there were lots of turtles for us to see.

Here are some of the photos I took at Payne's Beach on Barbados. The first is the glass bottom boat. The second was taken at Payne's Beach and you snorkeled with the turtles out where the catamaran is tied up. And finally the third is a photo taken of a turtle.

Can I ask, do the glass bottom boats provide snorkels etc or do we have to provide our own.Thanks..
