You would have access to the room until about noon, have a place to store the luggage, and could use the beach/pool/gym facilities for the entire day. Just let them know what time you expect to arrive, so they don't give away your room. Absolutely communicate directly with the hotel that you will be arriving in the middle of the night!!!! They can then pre-register you that evening. If you are not pre-reg'd, it messes up things during the overnight audit - you will be DNA'd (did not arrive).
