Imagination Feb 5th

Need some help from past Imagination cruisers. We have a group of about 26 going on the Imagination on Feb 5th to celebrate by nieces 50th birthday. We are looking for an area for all of us to gather for about an hour prior to dinner. We have late seating. Carnival prices for a private party was out of our range. $18.00-$22.00 PP for an hour. There has to be an area where there is a bar where we can meet and have a little celebration for her birthday. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Try telling them you want to set up a CC meet and greet with cash bar only. I was under the impression you could do that for free. It will not be a lie because you are on CC and it will be a M&G. Just a thought. If that does not work the just go to one of the bars that do not open til later they will not kick you out unless they have an activity planed for the venue.

Three other areas--

One of the wing decks aft of the buffet. One is behind the bar and the other is behind the pizza station.

The bar in front of the comedy lounge. There are two nice sized seating areas on either side. Bonus if you're assigned the Aft MDR as it is just downstairs and that lobby gets very crowded.

The Atrium - There is a nice seating area next to the Shore Excursions desk.

None of these are private but are doable.

Depending on whether you have the midship or aft MDR, there is a bar by the coffee shop, then you take the steps down to the dinning room. If you have the midship dining room, you could meet at the atrium bar and take the elevator or stairs or meet in the library or piano bar
