Were can I buy loose gemstones?

I had heard there are some jewelry stores in St. Martin that sell loose gemstones. Any recommendations. Has anyone bought any? If so, what are the prices? Thanks in advance.

Loose gemstones are indeed available. I would suggest Touch of Gold on Front Street. Without doubt you can get a loose gemstone for as little as $25.

Gemstones aren't necessarily sold by the even carat but rather any size that interests you. The range is probably somewhere around 0.15 ct to HUGE. Go HERE for information on Caribbean Gemstones.
