vacruizer Posted January 27, 2014 #5 Share Posted January 27, 2014 I've got the Caribbean Manhattan recipe somewhere. Will try to find it. Almost all of the cocktails use Monin syrups which are tough to duplicate the flavor of. We actually ordred the brown sugar and vanilla ones just to use for a couple of the alchemy cocktails at home. I drank a couple of the 40 is the new 20's on our last cruise and the bartender kept telling me he was keeping me young. It was a young person's drink. LOL. Just need the measurements.... rstandi I have been on the hunt for this recipe as well! My DH found this from an Amazon review for the Monin Chipotle Pineapple Syrup from someone who said "I was on a cruise and had a...." 2 oz Vodka 1 oz Monin Chipotle Pineapple Syrup 1 oz pineapple juice 1/2 oz simple syrup 6-8 mint leaves They didn't specify directions, but I would put the mint leaves in a glass and muddle with the simple syrup, add the rest, shake with ice, strain & enjoy. I already bought the syrup, so I'll be giving this a try this weekend.:D
JanetMermaid Posted September 14, 2014 #16 Share Posted September 14, 2014 This was my second Carnival cruise and one of the primary reasons I went again was the amazing Alchemy Bar. :-) We made it through the entire menu and then repeated those we most loved. I've found most of the recipes to recreate at home and would appreciate if any of you have these: Revved Up Mojito Martini Invigorating Mint Martini Youthful and Bold Beritini The Antioxidant The Remedy The Fiery Tropical Passion The Alchemist's Sidecar Radical Cure Appreciate any help! We just returned from an Exotic Western Caribbean Cruise on the Carnival Sunshine. Milosh was the best bartender and also made us other mixers of our favorite liquors!
