When and where should OBC from a TA show up?

No. An OBC from a TA will not show up on any of your Carnival documentation on Carnival's website.

In the past I have seen it on applied as cruise cash and you will find it in your cabin on the table.

Mine shows on the TA invoice. Nothing on the Carnival booking summary.

I've received a note in my cabin that the TA has provided us with cruise cash and the next day it has shown as a credit on my S&S..it has also shown up in the bill summary that the TA sent me.

You will get a letter from Carnival telling you that you have spending cash and it will say from who. It will either be in your cabin when you get there or it will show up in a day or so.
