Fort Lauderdale excursions

I am considering taking an excursion after our cruise in Fort Lauderdale. Does any one have a suggestion on a good one to take? Our flight leaves around 430pm an I thought this would be a good way to spend the extra time. Will we still have to claim our luggage in the baggage area when we disembark or will it be taken care of by Princess. That sure would be nice!

Yes, you will have to claim your luggage to go through customs after your cruise, but your luggage will go right along on the bus with you for the post cruise tour. They will then drop you off at the airport and unload your luggage from the bus.

 

We did the everglades airboat tour and Flamingo Park to kill some time before our flight home, it was a nice afternoon and much better than sitting around the airport for hours.
