I have been wanting to do a Disney Cruise. But cant find anyone to go with me. Have any males went solo? How was your experience? Would it be strange for a man to go solo on a Disney Cruise? Thinking about a 4 day trip on either Dream or Wonder. Any and all replies are very much appreciated.

Have a friend that cruises solo a lot. We met him on the boards and met in person at our meet and mingle and have remained friends. He has a love of Disney and goes to enjoy what they have to offer.

Have any males gone solo on DCL? Absolutely. We were seated with one guy as part of our 7 person table (3 groups of 2 + solo male). If you love Disney, go for it.

Although I am not Technically going alone I feel like I am because I am 31 years old going without my kids and going with my little cousins 17 and 4 and my Aunt. So I will be doing of a lot of alone things on my own. So I will let you know how that is. Going now on Feb 28th on the Magic..

Everyone of my Disney cruises I have met many solo cruisers and many were male.

 

Go and enjoy. A Disney cruise is...dare I say.. Magical :)

The bummer of solo cruising is the single supplement. You pay 200% of the normal cruise fare portion of the ticket + one set of taxes and fees. This means that the typical solo cruiser is paying only a couple hundred dollars less than 2 cruisers! Ouch.
